Hello Heidi - Regarding parking at the Hilton. If you're not staying at the hotel and just visiting or attending events there, the parking garage is only $10 a day. If you're staying there, it's $18 a day (crazy, huh?).

There is also another parking garage right across the street from the Hilton that is an option and is only $7 or $8 per day. Here's the info:

5th Street Garage: The 5-story, 685-space garage is located at 601 E. 5th Street, the northeast corner of facility at Red River and 4th Street, with the entrance on 5th Street.

Cost: $7.00 per space (weekday rate)
Cost: $8.00 per space (weekend rate: Fri, 6:00 p.m. – Sun, close)
The Convention Center Parking Garages accept cash, local checks, and the following credit cards: MasterCard; Visa; American Express; Diners Club; and Discovery.
