AHDI Annual Convention & Exposition (ACE)
In this industry quite often you will hear the question, are we “working for peanuts”? While salaries are definitely important to the bottom line, there are many valuable considerations when evaluating a job offer, a current career choice or a professional path. Some may look for flexible schedules, credentialing recognition, or a career ladder. Some may ask if systems are compatible, will my expander work, or what kind of feedback will I get. Priorities for me are that I like what I am doing and whether I am making a positive impact.
ACE 2012, August 8-11 in Indianapolis, Indiana is the ideal place for us to pursue these career goals and dreams, whether they be increasing our salary, obtaining more flexibility, or making a difference. We can leave behind the “working for peanuts” struggle and reward ourselves for a job well done. Join us for some summer fun, catch up with old friends, meet new colleagues, and give back to yourself with informative educational sessions and inspirational speakers. I am so excited to be a part of helping our professionals succeed in making a difference in patient care.
